Return Policy

You may return most unused items purchased from elecbikeparts.com within 7 days of the original delivery. The return shipping costs paid by us  if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. In case the item is returned for any other reason, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 35 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Request a Return Authorization Number by email at info@elecbikeparts.com. Include your contact information, order number, buyer’s full name and an explanation of the reason for return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Any used, damaged or unusable items may not be returned.
